ABOUT
Located in the Trapiche Colima, in Cervecerfa de Colima we produce beers and experiences that express the beauty and simplicity of Colima. We seek to create a bond and a feeling of pride among our employees, customers and consumers. We are the 2nd biggest independent brewery in Mexico, with a monthly production capacity of more than 100 thousand liters. We produce simple and well­made beers for all types of beer consumers.

BRANDS AVAILABLE
Colimita – Lager | It is the tropica I representation of a typical German lager. The sight is golden, bright and crystalline with white and fine foam. Of medium body; on the palate, a slight bitter note with hops floral aromas that come into balance with its Pilsner malt. abv: 4.4%

Páramo – Pale Ale | It is an American-style Pale Ale. Of tropical aromas, citrus and passionflower. With a coppery and bright appearance, it highlights a prominent bitterness that quickly gives way to the range of flavors of its three types of malt: Pale Ale, Caramelo and Munich. abv: 5.2%

Ticús – Porter | Its color, like that of the roasted coffee bean and its persistent cream­colored foam, invites you to make it fly through the palate. A light and complex Porter beer at the same time. Its malts: Pale Ale, Munich, Caramunich, Wheat Chocolate and Black Pearl. abv: 4.6%

Cayaco – Tropical Lager | Our tropical lager; Very refreshing light-bodied beer, with impeccable clarity in straw-colored tones, white foam, floral aroma and slightly citrus. Combination of malt pilsner with rice from Buenavista and San Joaqufn and three German varieties of hops. abv: 3.9%

Piedra Lisa – Session IPA | A Session IPA that makes the invitation to return and or stay in the excessive expression of the hops of th is beer. Piedra Lisa is created to provide a refreshing experience of tropical flavors, with a moderate alcohol content that allows you to live it again and again at any time of the day. abv: 4.7%
